Our services.

  • Assessment

Before services begin, we complete an individualized assessment to understand the person’s strengths, needs, learning style, and daily routines. We start by talking with you or the individual receiving services. We discuss history, goals, what’s going well, and what are the challenges. This conversation helps us learn what matters most to individuals and families. Then we spend time observing in natural settings such as the home, school, workplace, or community. This allows us to see communication, social interaction, daily living skills, and behavior in real-life situations. We use standardized tools and data collection to understand strengths and areas where support may be helpful. Assessments may look at communication, social skills, coping skills, self-help/daily living skills, executive functioning, and behaviors that may be creating barriers to independence or quality of life.

  • Customized Support Plans

After the assessment is complete, we create a personalized treatment plan with meaningful, realistic goals and strategies you can use across settings. We review the plan with you before services begin to make sure it is comfortable, collaborative, and a good fit for your family’s priorities, values, and routines.

Our goal is to understand the whole person—not just one behavior—so we can build skills, reduce stress, and support confidence and independence at every age.

  • Professional Collaboration

We believe the best support happens when everyone on the team works together. Many individuals receive help from different providers—teachers, counselors, doctors, Speech and Occupational therapists, and other professionals. We collaborate with these professionals to ensure care is consistent, coordinated, and individualized. Our goal is to make services more cohesive and supportive, every step of the way.

  • Caregiver Coaching

Caregivers play one of the most important roles in helping new skills stick. As part of ABA services, we provide coaching and support to help you feel confident using strategies at home and in your daily routines. When caregivers and providers are on the same page, children and adults learn faster, feel more supported, and make meaningful progress across settings. We work together to problem-solve challenges, practice strategies, and celebrate growth along the way!

  • 1:1 Direct Support Sessions

All services are provided one-on-one directly by me, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Because I complete the assessment, create the treatment plan, and work directly with each individual and family, support is consistent and highly personalized. During sessions, we focus on meaningful, everyday skills—such as communication, coping, social interaction, and daily living—right in the environments where they’re needed most, including home, school, or the community. This model ensures real-time problem solving, strong relationships, and individualized care every step of the way.

  • Service Delivery Options

Because flexibility is part of being person-centered, here are the modalities in which we can work together:

In-home services (Because real life happens at home)

Telehealth is also an option for coaching, consultations, or direct sessions if in-person visits feel a bit overwhelming.

Community-based sessions (parks, stores, schools, place of work, or wherever else support is needed)

Hybrid models offer flexibility and the best of both worlds.

Let’s find a setting that works best for you.
